1. Local-First Client Storage

NextGen ExamDesk is built upon a strict privacy-first foundation. We do not require you to create an account, enter a password, provide phone numbers, or undergo OTP verification. All student details (such as Class number, Section, Roll Number, and Selected School Profile) are stored directly on your personal device via web standard localStorage.

School names and profile presets selected for revision paper formatting are maintained purely within your browser storage. No student data, test attempts, or activity logs are ever transmitted, synced, or shared with the referenced schools or educational institutions.

2. Zero Tracking & No Data Brokerage

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker student information to any third parties, advertisers, or behavioral trackers. Your practice scores, mock test attempts, and customized print headers remain private to your local browser environment.

3. Optional Progress Sync

If you optionally choose to enter your email via the "Save Progress" modal, it is stored locally to maintain test continuity across your active sessions. We will never spam or send unsolicited promotional marketing messages.

4. Data Control and Deletion

You maintain total control over your local data at all times. You can instantly clear your active session, saved answers, and school preferences by clicking "Reset Desk Data & Cache" in the ExamDesk Menu or clearing your browser cookies/storage.
