By accessing or using NextGen ExamDesk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing ExamDesk on behalf of a minor student, you affirm that you have parental or guardian authority to guide their educational practice.

2. Educational & Non-Commercial License

ExamDesk provides educational assessments, practice questions, and printable paper templates aligned with NCERT textbooks and CBSE blueprints. You are granted a free, non-exclusive license to use, practice, generate, and print these materials for personal learning, classroom teaching, or home study.

3. Symbolic School Presets & Institutional Disclaimers

ExamDesk includes preset school profiles and custom header builders to provide students with a familiar, realistic format for pen-and-paper revision. Selecting or configuring any school name is purely symbolic and for reference practice only.

Generating or printing a question paper bearing a school name does not make it an official examination paper from that school, nor does it imply affiliation, endorsement, approval, or publication by the referenced institution. 4. Disclaimer of Warranties
